At Club L London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached and the garments are unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
